CNA provides 3D laser scanning to create accurate models and maps that are difficult to measure using conventional survey methods on complex and irregular surfaces. 3D laser scanning creates point clouds for precision measurements of surfaces. The point clouds can be imported to CAD software to create very accurate mapping. The 3D scanning can be performed inside of structures and outside for many uses such as architectural design, historic presentations, geospatial documentation, architectural and engineering design and motion pictures and film. The point cloud can be imported into AutoCAD and generate surfaces to create 3D models for a variety of uses. CNA also uses drones to prepare large area 3D mapping and point cloud generation which are cost effective and provide excellent visual representation.
