Hydrology studies analyze the amount of stormwater run-off that would be generated from a specific design storm event whereas a hydraulic analysis evaluates the actual drainage devices which are used to convey the amount of runoff determined from Hydrology Study in order to ensure that they are properly sized to prevent flooding. We utilize the latest technology and software to prepare the technical reports that are reviewed by the local governing jurisdictions. We are able to analyze pipes, culverts, channels, rivers and ponds in order to demonstrate that the drainage associated to a development project does not negatively impact neighboring properties, water rights or cause flooding hazards.
